UPDATE: telnet jest tylko trzeba go włączyć w panelu sterowania

    Znalazłem odpowiedź, klient telnet jest standardowo wyłączony.

    Instrukcja jak go włączyć:

    Go to Control Panel->Programs.

    Depending on your VISTA, you will find there option called „Windows features” or „Advanced ….”

    Go inside these and look carefully you will find option to install telnet or switch it on.

    dobrze że we FreeBSD nie trzeba takich rzeczy robić…
